girl...GET UP!

It is what it is. Sometimes we just need somebody, anybody to tell us to get our ass up. Period.

Most of us knows that everything we need is within. AND still can benefit from being reminded. Those are times we need our sistars to help us pull that goodness out.

I've had beautiful sistars encourage me with kind words, food and a hug and I've experienced ratchet reality checks. All were appreciated and needed.
